Welcome to Growth Pathshaala Pvt. Ltd. By enrolling in any of our programs or accessing our services (offline, online, or hybrid), you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.
I. Service Scope
Growth Pathshaala Pvt. Ltd. is a professionally governed education and skill development company offering technical, professional, and skill-based training programs designed for job-oriented and self-employment/self-earning career pathways. Services may be delivered through offline classes, online platforms, or hybrid models.
II. Enrollment & Fee Commitment
● Admission is confirmed upon receipt of any partial or full payment through approved
modes (cash, UPI, card, bank transfer, EMI, etc.).
● Once a student attends the first class, they are considered officially enrolled in the
program.
● The student agrees to pay the entire course fee as per the agreed payment
schedule.
III. Refund Policy
● A student is eligible for a refund only within one (1) week from the date of the first class.
● After completion of one week from the first class, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
● Non-attendance, dissatisfaction, personal reasons, or discontinuation will not be considered valid grounds for a refund.
IV. EMI & Partial Payment Policy
● Credit Card EMI / No-Cost EMI options are available through third-party payment partners.
● Partial payment options may be offered at the institute’s discretion.
● Full access to online content, recordings, or learning resources will be provided only after 70% of the total fee is paid.
● Course completion certificates will be issued only after 100% of the course fee is paid.
● In case of failed or delayed EMI payments, Growth Pathshaala reserves the right to suspend access to classes and resources until dues are cleared.
● Any EMI-related interest, processing fee, or penalties are levied by the bank/NBFC/payment gateway and not by Growth Pathshaala Pvt. Ltd.
V. Certifications & Affiliations (Disclaimer)
● Growth Pathshaala Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company.
● Growth Pathshaala is an Official Training Partner of BFSI Sector Skill Council (BFSI SSC), an NSDC body supported by the Government of India.
● Growth Pathshaala may provide preparation and guidance for NISM examinations; however, NISM certifications are issued solely by NISM. Growth Pathshaala does not issue NISM certificates.
VI. Placement & Outcome Disclaimer
● Growth Pathshaala may provide placement assistance, career guidance, and interview preparation support.
● However, no job placement, salary, trading profit, or financial outcome is guaranteed.
● Educational outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, and external factors beyond the institute’s control.
VII. Batch Schedule & Faculty
● Growth Pathshaala reserves the right to modify batch schedules, class timings, delivery mode (online/offline), or merge batches due to operational requirements, trainer availability, public holidays, or low enrollment.
● Faculty members may be changed or substituted without prior notice. No refund or compensation shall be applicable in such cases.
VIII. Student Responsibilities
● Students must attend classes as per the communicated schedule.
● Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled. Any make-up sessions are purely at the institute’s discretion.
● For online classes, students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and compatible devices.
IX. Code of Conduct & Expulsion
● Any form of misconduct, indiscipline, abuse, or disruption of classes (online or offline) will lead to immediate termination from the program without any refund.
● Growth Pathshaala reserves the right to deny further access to services in such cases.
X. Intellectual Property & Content Usage
● All study materials, videos, PDFs, tools, and training content provided by Growth
Pathshaala are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
● Recording of sessions is not permitted without prior written permission.
● Sharing, reproduction, resale, or misuse of any content or login credentials is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
XI. Non-Transferability
● Enrollment and access to programs are non-transferable.
● Students may not share or assign their seat, credentials, or benefits to any third party without written approval from Growth Pathshaala.
XII. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond control (natural disasters, pandemics, government
restrictions, technical failures, etc.), Growth Pathshaala may reschedule classes or shift delivery modes. No refunds or compensation shall be applicable in such cases.
XIII. Certificate Eligibility
Certificates of participation or completion will be issued only after:
● Full payment of course fees, and
● Completion of program requirements, evaluations, or assessments (if applicable)
XIV. Limitation of Liability
Growth Pathshaala is not liable for:
● Individual learning outcomes, exam results, job placements, or trading performance.
● Any third-party tools, platforms, or services discussed during training.
XV. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
XVI. Changes to Terms
Growth Pathshaala reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon publication on the official website.
