Welcome to Growth Pathshaala. By enrolling in any of our services or accessing our educational content (offline or online), you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Scope

Growth Pathshaala offers educational and counseling services, including:

- IELTS Coaching (Academic & General Training)

- Stock Market Education

- Psychometric Career Assessments

All services may be delivered through offline classes, online platforms, or a hybrid model.

2. Enrollment & Fee Commitment

- Admission is confirmed upon receipt of partial or full payment through any approved method (cash, UPI, bank transfer, etc.).

- Once any service begins (including trial/demo/discovery classes), the student is liable to pay the entire course fee.

- Growth Pathshaala maintains a strict no-refund policy under all circumstances.

- Non-attendance, withdrawal, dissatisfaction, or personal changes will not be considered grounds for a refund.

3. Trial & Discovery Sessions

- Stock Market Course: Discovery classes worth ₹999 are offered for ₹99. In special cases, this may be waived with prior approval.

- IELTS: One free demo session is provided. Continued participation requires paid admission.

- Psychometric Assessment: This is a one-time counseling service with a paid report. No refund or revision is provided after the report is delivered.

4. Batch Schedule & Faculty

- Growth Pathshaala reserves the right to change batch schedules, merge batches, or shift classes between online/offline modes based on:
  - - Trainer availability
  - - Public holidays
  - - Low enrollment
  - - Operational requirements

- Trainers/faculty may be changed or substituted at any time without prior notice. No claims for refund or compensation will be entertained in such cases.

5. Student Responsibilities

- Students must attend classes on time as per the communicated schedule.

- Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled. Make-up sessions may be offered at the institute’s discretion only.

- For online sessions, students are solely responsible for their internet connection, device compatibility, and stable access.

6. Code of Conduct

- Disrespectful behavior, abuse, or disruption in classes (online or offline) may lead to expulsion without refund.

- Students must maintain discipline and decorum throughout the course duration.

7. Use of Study Material

- All Growth Pathshaala course materials — videos, PDFs, strategies, tools — are copyrighted.

- Any unauthorized sharing, duplication, or resale of content will lead to legal consequences.

8. Non-Transferability

- Admission and access are non-transferable. You may not assign or share your course seat, login credentials, or benefits with others without written approval.

9. Limitation of Liability

Growth Pathshaala does not guarantee:

- Exam scores (IELTS/PTE)

- Job placement or trading profits

- Results from use of third-party tools/apps discussed during sessions

Our responsibility is limited to delivery of educational services as described.

10. Force Majeure Clause

In case of unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic, government restrictions), Growth Pathshaala reserves the right to:

- Shift classes to online mode

- Pause or reschedule batches
  No compensation or refund will be provided in such cases.

11. Certificate Eligibility

Certificates (participation or completion) will only be issued:

- After full payment of course fees

- And successful participation in the entire program, including evaluations or assignments (if applicable)

12. Changes to Terms

Growth Pathshaala reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the official website and apply immediately to all existing and new enrollments.

13. Student Kits & Hardware Disclaimer

- Growth Pathshaala may provide student kits that include items such as stationery, notebooks, branded merchandise, or electronic devices (e.g., laptop, tablet, headphones) as part of special promotions or course bundles.

- Once these items are handed over to the student, Growth Pathshaala is not liable for any loss, theft, physical damage, or malfunction caused by mishandling, negligence, or third-party usage.

- Students are responsible for the safe use, care, and maintenance of any items provided.

- No replacement or repair will be issued by Growth Pathshaala in the event of:
  - - Water damage
  - - Physical breakage
  - - Loss/theft
  - - Unauthorized tampering

- Any manufacturer warranty (if applicable) must be claimed directly by the student with the respective service center. Growth Pathshaala does not manage warranty claims or hardware servicing.
